1.Drink enough water
Water lubricates the body, regulates metabolism, body temperature, alleviates constipation, and detoxifies the system. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and don’t wait till you are thirsty. Spread it round the hours of the day; don’t drink too much at a time. Avoid sodas, sweet drinks, and canned juices. Instead replace them with coconut water and dairy products like milk, buttermilk, lassi. Dehydration can contribute to a wide range of common medical conditions like osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and may also lead to allergies and asthma.
Now the question is how much water is required? It depends on age, weight and gender of individuals. Water (in litre) to drink per day is equal to the person weight (in kg) multiplied by 0.033. So, if you are 60 kg, you should drink about two litres of water every day.

The nutrient-rich diet is the key to good health as it promotes well-being and reduces the chance of illness. A healthy diet comprises of fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits and their juices. Choosing a healthy alternative is your responsibility. Avoid overly processed canned or packaged foods. Cut down the three heavy meals to several smaller and balanced meals. From 3 am to 5 am the blood circulation focusses in lungs which is a good time to exercise. From 5 am to 7 am, extreme blood circulation concentrates in your large intestine. When you won’t sleep during this time the organs may not work smoothly and thus effects your body. From 7 am to 9 am, most blood circulation concentrates in your stomach which is an ideal time for breakfast.
